1-9. Location and Description of Major Components (fig. 1-2)
The major components of the test set are as follows:
a. Test Set Cover (1)
Provides a place to store power cords, technical
manual and test cables (W1, W2, and W3).
b. Test Stand (2)
Provides a mounting surface for the ALT receiver
during trouble shooting and repair.
c. Cable (3)
Cable W3 connects the test set to the ALT
receiver.
d. Cable (4)
Cable W2 connects the test set to the ALT elec-
tronics assembly.
e. Cable (5)
Cable W1 connects the test set to the ALT elec-
tronics assembly.
