Measure T1 on counter.
T1 is 50.099 to 50.103 msec.
T1 its approximately 100.0 msec.
a.
Ensure MODE switch is in HI position.
b.
Check for O volt on El (should be grounded through S1).
c.
Check voltage on E2 (should be 5.0 vdc minimum).
If wiring between S1 and E1 and E2 is correct, replace circuit card

Place MODE switch to LO.
Measure T1 on counter.
T1 is 99.999 to 100.030 msec.
T1 is approximately 50 msec.
a.
Check for zero volts on El (should be chassis ground through S1).
Check voltage on E2 (should be 2.5 vdc minimum).
b.
If wiring between S1 and E1 and E2 is OK, replace circuit card
c.
